We are committed to providing the highest quality Internet Marketing Professionals on the Net and have gone to great lengths to implement an effective pre-screening process for the Elite Membership program. This pre-screening system will definitely eliminate some of the time and legwork required in adequately qualifying professionals for your given project or contract.
There is no need to pay for expensive recruitment agencies, when you can take advantage of our pre-screening service free of charge. When you select an Internet Marketing Professional or firm from our Elite Program, you can be rest assurred that they have passed the thorough scrutiny of the ESalesGuru Evaluation Team. We screen our Elite / Elite Plus Applicants based on the following criteria:
Years of Accumulated Experience
Our Evaluation Team reviews both the recent work experience (last 5 years) as well as the total accumulated years of experience within the particular Internet Marketing skill areas. It is essential that the candidate has up-to-date experience in their respective area, given the rapid evolution of the Internet Marketing Industry.
Quality and Professionalism of Application and Professional Profile
Our Evaluation Team has a keen sense for those applicants that are the "Real Deal" and the ones that simply do not have the skills and experience to meet the criteria of our Elite Program. We look at the overall presentation and quality of their application and attached materials (resume, portfolio, certifications) to determine their suitability.
Review of Related Work Experience and References
Our evaluation team looks for direct ties between the ESalesGuru skill categories (i.e. Affiliate Marketing Management) and their related work history. There must be a strong relevancy between their experience and the niche Internet Marketing skills they will represent in the ESalesGuur marketplace. Our Evaluation team will also review references and connect with them where appropriate to verify the candidate's experience and quality of work.
Established Web Presence and Proven Client Base
The majority of our Elite/ Elite Plus members have established Internet Marketing and related Services with a proven client base. We will certainly give consideration to candidates that may be new to Internet-based contracting, but have more than demonstrated a strong base of skills and related experience. (ie. SEM Specialist that recently left a SEM firm to start own freelance business.)
