The ESalesGuru Member's Homepage (as seen above) offers a well-designed and easy to follow formatl for managing all stages of the project management process. The system offers a useful Personal Message Board for sending, receiving and tracking all your correspondence with the ESalesGuru Professionals. You will also receive important project alerts notifying you of new bids received, project deadlines and so forth. In addition, you can post projects by clicking on the appropriate skill category in the menu on the left side of the page.
The member's account is organized around four main areas:
Project Manager
The Project Manager offers pertinent tools for posting, managing and archiving all your Internet Marketing projects. You can "View Project Activity" and see the present status and correspondence related to your various projects in the ESalesGuru marketplace.
The Project Manager also includes the ESalesGuru Feedback System which enables you to send and track all feedback for Professionals completing your various projects. This built in feedback system provides the necessary accountability and quality control for both Employers and Professionals using the ESalesGuru Marketplace.
Account Manager
The Account Manager is the administration component of the Members Account. You can edit account information, change passwords or email addresses and update your company profile. In addition, the Account Manager features pertinent legal documents including Non-Disclosure agreements and Service agreements that you can download and send along to prospective ESalesGuru Professionals.
Bid Manager
The Bid Manager provides important tools and features for tracking all bids/proposals received for your respective project postings. Here, you can review the profiles and rankings of the various ESalesGuru Professionals that have submitted bids before accepting the best quality and most cost-effective bid. The Bid Manager also enables you to track your "Favorites Professionals" and send direct invites to those professionals you would like to bid on your project.
Finance Manager
The Finance Manager offers useful tools for tracking all invoices received from Professionals and provides a safe and secure transaction pathway (powered by Verisign) for processing your ESalesGuru Project Fees. The Finance Manager also provides helpful tips and information regarding recommended methods for paying ESalesGuru Professionals.
The various tools and features offered in the Employers' Members Account are intended to organize and streamline the project management process. There is no simpler, more cost-effective way to complete all your important Internet Marketing and related projects! |
