The ESalesGuru Member's Homepage (as seen above) is a well-designed, easy to follow tool for managing all stages of the bidding and project management process. The system offers a useful Personal Message Board for sending, receiving and tracking all your correspondence with the ESalesGuru Employers. Within the members account, you can also access the Online Career Center for up to date job postings in the Internet Marketing Industry. In addition, you can review projects and submit bids by clicking on the appropriate skill category in the menu on the left side of the page.
The member's account is organized around four main areas:
Project Manager
The Project Manager offers pertinent tools for effectively compiling, tracking and managing all correspondence and activity related to your active and completed projects. You will receive email alerts based on projects posted in your particular skills areas and will also manage these notifications within the Project Manager.
The Project Manager also features the ESalesGuru Feedback System which enables you to track all your feedback received from Employers. You will also send a completed feedback form to the different Employers you have completed work for. This built in feedback system provides the necessary accountability and quality control for both Employers and Professionals using the ESalesGuru Marketplace.
Account Manager
The Account Manager is the administration component of the Members Account. You can edit account information, change passwords, upgrade member's subscription and update your Professional and skill-specific Profile(s). Using the Profile Manager, you can add, edit or delete your profiles at any time. In addition, the Account Manager features pertinent legal documents including Service agreements that you can download and send along to prospective ESalesGuru Employers prior to commencing work.
Bid Manager
The Bid Manager provides important tools and features for effectively tracking all projects of interest as well as projects you have submitted bids for. The "Bid Tracker" tool enables you to keep close tabs on the status and deadlines of projects you have bid on. You can also use the Watch List to store projects of interest that you might be interested in submitting a bid for at a later date. The Bid Manager also provides helpful bidding tips to enhance the quality of your bids.
Finance Manager
The Finance Manager offers useful tools for creating and tracking all invoices sent through the ESalesGuru billing system. The invoices provided by the Finance Manager will provide the necessary paper trail for managing your accounting efforts in the ESalesGuru Marketplace. In addition, this folder includes helpful tips and information on receiving payments from ESalesGuru Employers.
The various tools and features offered in the Professionals Members' Account are intended to organize and streamline the bidding and project management process.
