| Since you will be receiving payment directly from ESalesGuru Employers, it is essential to agree upon a payment method that will provide you with the greatest security and assurance possible. Below is a list of potential methods of receiving payment with some benefits and drawbacks to consider for each option. Some of the payment methods provide more protection than others. |

| As mentioned above, it is important to save and upload (where possible) "Proof of Payment" to your Personal Message Board in your ESalesGuru account to keep a proper paper trail of your received payments. We highly recommend confirming the mode of payment with the Employer prior to commencing with the project. |

| It is also essential to work out who will incur the transaction fees for such payment modes as Wire Transfer and Online Transaction Providers such as Xoom.com. You might negotiate a cost-sharing of the transaction fees, however, you might bear the costs of the transaction fee if you prefer a faster payment method like Paypal. This is an important point of discussion prior to beginning the project. |
