How ESalesGuru Works

1.	Sign up FREE to become an eSalesGuru Employer. ESalesGuru's outsourcing solution allows businesses to search Professional profiles, access cost-effective service packages and turn key solutions (via Fast Track Services) and post an unlimited number of projects absolutely FREE.

2.	Start posting projects in your skill-specific category of choice. Once you have completed the Employer sign-up process, you can login to your password protected members account and begin posting projects across 13 main skill categories and 60+ sub-categories. 3.	Review bids/proposals received from Internet Marketing Professionals. Once you have posted your project in the ESalesGuru marketplace, you will immediately begin to receive quality, competitively priced bids from Professionals around the world. You will be able to access their full profile, feedback ranking, reviews from other Employers as well as their comprehensive bid proposal.

4.	Accept preferred bid. After a detailed review of all the bids and professional profiles, you will then select your bid of choice and begin your working relationship with the selected professional. In your members account, there are legal service agreements that you can download and use to incite a formal contract between yourself and the Professional. Please note: You can certainly choose not to accept any of the submitted bids if they do not meet your project requirements. You can also communicate with the professionals through your Personal Message Board if you need to further clarify the submitted bid/proposal. Once you accept the professional's bid, you will receive an ESalesGuru invoice for the accepted project via email and within your Personal Message Board. The $15 Project Fee will be reduced to $10 if paid within 5 days of receiving the invoice. ESalesGuru provides a simple and secure gateway for processing project fees via your Credit Card of choice.

5.	Receive project invoices from Professionals and process payment through a mutually agreed upon transaction provider. Once your project has been completed or certain project benchmarks have been achieved, you will receive an invoice from the Professional through the ESalesGuru billing system. The invoice will contain the project milestones completed, payment amount as well as the preferred method of payment by the Professional. We recommend corresponding with the Professional regarding an agreed upon payment mode prior to commencing with the project. We might suggest that you also reference the agreed upon payment method in your legal service agreement as well, so there is no confusion. Imp Note: If you and the Professional are not able to agree on an appropriate payment method, then please contact our HelpDesk and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Project payments will be made directly to the Professional. We highly recommend that you agree upon a payment method that will ensure the security of your transaction. Upon completion of the project payment, we advise you to save and upload the payment receipt from the transaction provider to your Personal Message Board in order to maintain proper documentation in the ESalesGuru Marketplace.
