You can submit invoices to employers directly through the "Finance Manager" in your Members Account and receive payment via a secure transaction method agreed upon by yourself and the Employer. All Project Payments are paid directly from the Employer.
Please note: ESalesGuru does NOT take a percentage of your project invoice like other sites. You will receive the amount in full less any transaction fees from the payment provider of choice (ie Paypal).

You will access the "Profile Manager" tool in your members account to create, edit or delete your Skill-Specific Professional Profiles. Your Profile will feature your niche Internet Marketing skills, experience and qualifications and will be viewed by many prospective Employers in the ESalesGuru Professional Directory. You also have the option of creating targeted profiles based on each of your selected skill categories.

Review project database in your respective skill areas and submit bids on projects of interest.
You will review the many projects in your skill categories and submit relevant bids. You will also receive email notifications on new projects posted in your skill areas. The email alerts will make it easier to monitor new project activity in the ESalesGuru Marketplace.
In the project database, you will also be able to review employer rankings and reviews from other professionals to identify the Employers you want to work with. |

Once Employer accepts your bid, you are advised to establish a legally binding service agreement.
Upon assessing the Employers ranking and reviews and clarifying any final points with the Employer, you can choose to accept the project offer and begin your working relationship. In your members account, there are legal service agreements that you can download and use to incite a formal contract between yourself and the Employer. Typically, it is the Employers responsibility to send over the service agreement, but you can certainly initiate the process as well. |

Submit project invoices and receive payments from Employers.
Once you have completed a project or specific milestones, then you can create and submit an invoice to the ESalesGuru Employer right through your members account.
Here's how the payment process works: |

Submit your invoice through the "Finance Manager" feature in your members account. All invoices will be tracked and archived for your review. |
|
|
|
Employer will review the invoice and process payment through a mutually agreed upon Payment Channel (ie Paypal, Wiretransfer, Check). Based on our Terms and Conditions, Employers are required to send payment within 30 days upon receipt of the invoice.
